Claudia Bennett isn’t just the owner of Butler County Title Company—she’s the heart, leader, and expert guiding every transaction. With decades of hands-on experience, Claudia built the company from the ground up, shaping it into one of the most trusted title service providers in the region.
She began her career at just 19 as a receptionist while attending college, learning every aspect of the title business along the way. Today, she’s a Licensed Title Agent and Notary who oversees closings, title searches, and daily operations with unmatched attention to detail. Her leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to treating clients like family set the standard for the entire company.

A lifelong Poplar Bluff resident, Claudia enjoys barrel racing, caring for her animals, and spending time with her family. Becoming a MawMaw is one of her proudest moments, and she draws inspiration from the memory of her mother, her greatest role model.
